  • Lessons Data: Titles, dates, times, and notes associated with scheduled lessons.
  • Messages and Consent: SMS content, delivery status, opt-in/opt-out status, and timestamps.
  • Usage Data: Log data such as IP address, browser type, and activity within the Service.
  • Billing Data: Subscription status and plan details. Payment information is handled by our payment processor.

How We Use Information

  • Provide and operate the Service, including scheduling and SMS reminders.
  • Send administrative messages and support communications.
  • Maintain consent records and comply with applicable messaging laws.

SMS Consent and Opt-Out

Providers must obtain appropriate consent before sending SMS reminders. Students can opt out at any time by replying STOP. For help, recipients can reply HELP. Message and data rates may apply.

We share information only as needed to provide the Service, including:

  • SMS Providers: We use SMS delivery providers to send messages.
  • Payment Processing: We use Stripe to process subscription payments.
  • Infrastructure Providers: Hosting, monitoring, and storage vendors that support the Service.
